Title: Considering a Thermospa Gemini
Post by: gkooris on May 19, 2018, 08:29:40 pm
Hello,

Looking to purchase our first spa. We just want a two person model, and I saw pics and specs on the TS Gemini. Seems to have a lot of jets, even at the basic level, and nice features. I wanted to get some feedback before going to the TS showroom and subject myself to their legendary overbearing sales pitch. Does anyone have any information to offer?

Thanks,
Geoff

Thermospas with a showroom?  They usually come to your house and sell at your table. Chances are the exact Tub you wanted was just cancelled and you can save $5000 today

Guess I’ll look for something else. Sounds like they’re not worth the trouble.

Honestly, I think Thermospas are one of the business models and players that really bring down the credibility of the whole industry.  Them and Masterspa style tents sales.

I'd avoid them so much to say that you'd be better off buying a big box hot tub... that sounds icky for my to write.

Yeah, Thermo is terrible.  They have a lot of jets but they are mostly bullet jets or euro jets that are kinda worthless.  Also, you can only run about 20% of those jets at one time.  They do a great job "selling" but the rest of the company is pretty meh.
