Title: Hot Sprint Sorrento Temperature Wrong

Hi Guys,
I'm new to the forum, having "adopted" a 2004 Hot Spring Sorrento (it was installed in our home by the previous owner).
We have a problem with the temperature control.
It's much hotter than the settings display.
If we set it at 26 degrees C it controls at about 37 degrees C.
It's not a big problem, because it does control, but we would feel happier if it controlled to the temperature it was set at.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Sounds like the temp probe is bad.

Do you think it's possible to change the probe.?

Yes, it's possible, done all the time. Post up a picture of the inside of the spa pack, the wiring diagram on the cover and of the equipment area so we can see exactly what you have.
