Title: New to me Hot Tub initial start up

Have a new to me hot tub that I have just started up.  Equipped with 2 pumps and Balboa panel.  Pump 1 works great but pump 2 does not pump water but hear a louder than pump 1 humm out of it.  Question is, is this the pump itself or just needs primed?  Any and all help appreciated!!

Sounds like it needs primed.  Open panel, find pump, remove drain plug, power up pump, replace drain plug after water squirts out.  DO NOT RUN PUMP MORE THAN A FEW SECONDS WITHOUT PRIME.
