Title: How to clean Cascadia Waterfall Jetpack?

I'm draining and cleaning my hot tub for the first time. I'm curious if anyone knows how to remove the Cascadia waterfall jetpack to clean it? If anyone has any hints or even better a link to a video that would be awesome. The headrest doesn't seem to want to come off like the rest of the jetpacks and I don't want to break anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
