Just seriously looking at hot tubs again and found the Caldera Kauai. 95% of the time it will only be DH and myself. Understand Hot Spot (made by Hot Springs) is sister company and its SX is similar tub. Caldera dealer offered $5500 on new tub with cover & lifter, starter pak of chemicals, delivery & setup. He wants $285 more for ozone option (which we want). Price seems a little high compared to some of the posts I've read here about Caldera Martinique (much bigger tub) going for around the same price. How much firm, but polite, arm-twisting should I be do and how much lower can I reasonably expect to get this tub for? Don't want to overpay. Also, if anyone has suggestions on another similar-sized, similar quality tub please chime in. Looking for one lounger and the arm rests on Kauai are seem awesome! Wish it were a little deeper tub but we should do OK (5'6" and 5'10"). BTW, going outdoors on a deck in upstate NY. Thanks. ???
