So after waiting what seemed like a lifetime it finally arrived 7 weeks after ordering, it's an Artesian Island Grand Bahama 61 jet with dual footblasters, upgraded lights, ozone, pillowfall and pro cover as the winters are quite cold here in Denmark.
I had made a few preparations as the terrace needed extending for where I wanted to place the tub, so I laid out another 18 sq meters, enough room for the tub and gazebo.
It arrived on Tuesday and was moved into the garden that evening with the help of my neighbours, and placed with the power cable up through the front corner where it can't be seen.
Wednesday, after work, I built the gazebo around the spa.
Thursday the electrician came over and hooked it up to the electric box, a breaker on the wall of the house and connected the tub. The cable was already installed by myself a few weeks earlier when I laid the terrace.
So the tub was up to temp Friday morning but I needed to work :(. When I got home I added all the chems and it was ready to rock around 6pm.
So here are a few pics from the last 5 days.

Looks nice and enjoy!! ;)
-
Great looking tub and facility.
-
Fantastic, thanks for sharing!
-
Be easy while opening and closing the cover. The type of cover lifter that you have seems to stress the center stitching over time. Looks like some happy new owners!
-
Thanks guys.
spoiledrotten - thanks for the tip, I can see I also made a small mistake when assembling the lifter as the screw heads are facing up and will mark the cover over time, but nothing I can't easily remedy by turning them 90 degrees so they face away from the center stitching.
Added a couple of evening shots.
-
The new shots are a lot like the old shot .... looks great!

LOL I know, just with the lights on.

Let me sell you a jet to go in that thing! ;D
-
Great job, nice pictures and I am impressed with the delivery equipment. I especially like the picture of the neck jets in operation, they would do a great job on tension headaches in the back of the neck.
-
Oh, and from experience, I can tell you, if your over 6' tall (what ever the metric equivalent is, sit on the floor of the tub and put your feet up in the corner seats and those foot jets make great back jets!
-
Great pictures ! I love the spa, it looks like a dream. I also like the suround structure. Enjoy!

I'm gonna give that a go later!!

OMG! Want one!
-
Wrap the bases of those post's with some 2x6 chunks.

Chunks is the word - I think it will look too chunky at the bottom, plus the canvas won't fit over them properly.

How are you all enjoying the tub?? Looks great! Do you like the lounger? I'm trying to decide if we want one in the tub we get…many people seem to float. Thanks for sharing the photos!
-
Love the lounger, it's the one I use most.
Apparently women float out of them more often than men and my wife does have a problem staying down if the water level is too high. Maybe because she has big airbags ;D
Hope that helps a little.
-
I've been wet testing different hot tubs and found that I float out of the loungers too. I'm well blessed which is part of the problem. The Jacuzzi dealer gave me a spa booster cushion to wet test with and that worked. It elevated me enough and is was able to comfortably stay on the lounger.
-
That tub is on my short list how are you enjoying it?
-
ok for your first blend image i think its HOT but once you get used to it and make more like that you will get alot better
-
Considering this model myself.
How many can you fit comfortably -- 3? 4?
Do you find the jets to be strong -- particularly the lounges leg /foot jets?
Do you mind sharing what you paid?
Thanks!!
