Title: HS sovereign filter compartment.

Question, the filter compartment door, when the jets are on, this door should automatically lower, when the jets are off the door should rise ?  If you push it all the way down, with jets off and let go, it should automatically rise to the top, is this correct, mine seems to be sticking, my tub is still under warranty, so i don't feel like looking at this, would rather have them fix, if there is a problem.

Basically it's call your dealer and see what they might do??  Or replace the foam in the weir gate, probably where the problem is?    That being said it may not be under warranty,  but then HS has a warranty that will replace your house after a hurricane, so may be worth a call!
