Title: Price Advice
Post by: Backyard on April 28, 2017, 05:55:12 pm
Hi there,

I am selling my current hot tub and have found no where on the Internet more than two prices that were even somewhat close, thus no real average price range to base my asking price on.

Could anyone help me with what I should offer for my tub?

It is a Dimension One@Home 'WAYFARER-BLUE MIST' model, approx. 6-7 years old.

Thanks!

How much you pay for it?     Go half of that, maybe more to move it quick, have it up and running and looking good.

Hi J Jim,

Thanks for the reply. The tub came with the housed we purchased two years ago; there was no receipt or manual with the other ones for the other appliances. Thus, I have no idea where to enter a price (a dealer that also specializes in buying used tubs is buying it.)

Assuming everything is operational and it looks good, I'd ask $3500 and take $2500.  If you really want it gone I'd take $1500 honestly, especially since it came with the house.  Agree with Jim that you must have it up and running to show people.  I would never buy a used hot tub without seeing everything function.
