Post by: johnnythunders on May 05, 2004, 09:38:21 pm
I am just waiting for my 2004 Jacuzzi J-355 at a cost of $5995.looking for someone without ripping me offffff for a Slab of $650 - $2000 .I don't want a EZ PAD or anything like that.I don't see anyone here saying anything bad about the New 2004s Jacuzzis maybe because they are so new and different from last years models..........Johnny Thunders

Hey Johnny,
Fine choice. I bought my J-370 last November and I'm livin large! You'll be very happy with the quality and dependability in Jacuzzi
I put mine on pavers. My house is 14 years old and everything is settled. I did make sure the area was made level where the tub would be.
Enjoy and let us know how you like it!

I am glad to see a few people that love their Jacuzzi's,I really don't see many people with Jacuzzi"s but more sundances on this site.I got mine In Bethlehem Pa. and am very glad you are enjoying your J-370.See many people complaining about the Sundances pumps in the jacuzzi spas.I am sure Jacuzzi would not have put them in if they were not good.Johnny Thunders

Johnny...I have a 2004 Jacuzzi, and the quality is top notch. Don't let the ramblings of a disgruntled former Jacuzzi dealer make you worry about the pumps being inadequate...they work fine, plenty of power. And if they are Sundance pumps? So What! Is Sundance a third rate company or something? I think not. Yes, the new jets are different then last years. They now have spiraling jets which are powerful and marvelous. The tub is as solid as a rock. The openess of the seating will allow you massages you never even thought of. And the outside appearance of the tub...well, you'll be a happy camper everytime you step out into your yard and see it. My dad was a foot away from the tub and was giving me suggestions on how to maintain the "wood" cabinetry.Thats how real the synthetic looks..it...Luck..Chippers ;)

Lots of luck with your new jacuzzi Chipper,I know they have spiraling jets that they didnot have last year.It seems these spas get better year after year. These places want $1000 - $2000 for a Slab, hope to find someone a bit cheaper for a 10X14 slab. ;)Johnny Thunders

Hey Johnny,

I am not sure who you mean about these places....out here in Calif...you can get standard grey concrete layed for about 2.50 a sq foot...your job might be a mini since it is small but 600 to 800 would get it done out this way...
