Considering the spa was actually cut and pasted into the picture it looks great!

It sure is one great set up. I cant believe the salesperson did not get them set up with a cover cradle.  Outside of that, looks GREAT!!!

It does seem that way but if you look closely the spa gives off a shadow on the french door and the steps have a shadow on the stone. If that's cut and paste it's well done but still it looks different. We'll need to get CSI:Colorado on this case.

While they're at it, have them check for GSR also!

Photo shop has a nice little plug in to ad shadows..

you're right. It is a cut and paste - though pretty good.

However, shadows from stairs and shadows from pillow stand are going in slightly different directions. That's possible if the light (the flash) is close and to the right. However, shadow on the french door is going the wrong way if this were true.

The bigger issue though is perspective. The hot tub was shot with a wider lens than the house. This is what gives the wonky perspective. Notice how the tub seems to go 'into the distance' more than the tiled floor...

Overall though a good job - color matches, exposure matches, tub looks good in that place.

Okay, I'm spending wayyyy too much time hoping for a response on my leaky tub.   ;D

After much investigation, this is an open and shut case !If you look to the front left corner of the spa, you will see that there is a door handle leading into the house. noone in their right mind (unless he was from Arkansas )would anyone put the spa in front of the door leading into the house. I am certain this photo is not from Arkansas as the Ficus bush you see behind the spa will not survive in the outdoors in Arkansas. So an obvious and blatant use of Photo shop. 8)

I'm just saying that I see no evidence of Photoshopping whatsoever.  I will agree that only someone from Arkansas would put a 6,000 lb spa in front of a door.

Yes, very nice indeed.  These rich folks never have a cover or a cover lifter.  I think the "Help" must hide it around the corner when it's soak time.

Got the brochure right here in front of me.  Straight out of the Hot Spring catalog.  It is NOT photoshopped-there is also a picture of it during the day.  It was professionally done for the catalog, hence the lack of a cover (wouldn't look quite as picturesque....).

The crew obviously found an ideal home/backyard, and utilized the best angle for their shots.  As for the occupant, well....I'm waiting for one of you wise men to insert JA in there as well...... ;)

FWIW , picture looks like it was taken in a hotel.

Used to be on where i lived that had a garden area, with pool, surrounded by tables, and palms, and hotel rooms with sliding glass doors and balconies looked out.

Does look like a cut N paste, but then again the perspective could be off if the pic was resized.

Either that, or Terms is a filthy, low down liar.  ;)
