Post by: Eddie kelly on February 14, 2013, 09:47:36 am
I have a sunbelt hot tub
It is in the alps. In the summer it was fine .
But when I set the temp to 40 degrees it stays at around 30
When I lift the cover the display shows sleep
I am obviously do not know what I'm doing .
Can anyone help?

I'll just post some info to put this back up top for you.  The temps are obviously in Celsius so here is a conversion to Fahrenheit to clarify for us in the US:

40 = 104 deg F,
30 = 86 deg F

Looks like it is in sleep mode (or something similar).  I think you need to set it in Standard Mode.  I'm not an expert, but maybe someone else can help you.

Alright, did some research and found sunbelt hot tubs use Balboa controls.  The Balboa four button method to change modes is to hit the TEMP button then the LIGHT button to cycle through the modes.  Do this until you find standard mode.
