This should be good. For the first time in my life I have a job in sales, but this goes way beyond anything I have had. I did have to babysit a major airplane manufacturer, but they were just demanding and throwing around their big name.

how much loss would be incurred to get the tub back and then tell them "F-YOU".
i comp customers fairly often that are "dead wrong", but they are repeat
customers that will keep spending money, where yours is mainly a one
time shot....
i would attempt to move on
chalk it up to the 1% nut case factor
otherwise your gonna have to deal with warranty complaints with these nuts
they are never gonna be happy
will hound you to death about every little thing
break the ties and move on
let someone else fool with these dopes
i have learned it's cheaper to "move on" and spend time on
people that will put money in your pockets, not get caught up
with ego on half wits that will never be happy and take your
focus off what you do best.
