A certain college in Boone, NC (coincidentally also the sales stronghold for a certain internet spa salesmen and his sidekick, Kenny). I think their mascot is a tooth.

I have a very good friend that graduated from "Happy Appy".  They are so named, not because they are pleased with their teams performance, but rather because their is little to do other than to DRINK!
