My husband has a new job..he is now in sales. His boss has decided it would be "good press" to hop on to this industry forum and answer questions or offer opinions. So this morning he was responding to a question about cleaning procedures for pharmaceutical manufacturing.. As I looked over his shoulder..I immediately started to point out the things that he shouldn't say...and the way that he should word his answers..He looked at me like I was nuts..So I tried to explain the stuff that goes on here.  Like the "just back from class" post where in my mind, Mendo was just sharing information. But others read an entirely different message. I tired to explain that if you are trying to share information disect every word, phrase, and thought as not to let anyone feel the need to retaliate...or misinterpret your intentions. I didn't even realize that  I had become so sensitized to what people might think or take from a simple comment!  :-/ I guess that is probably why there are so many that choose to lurk in the background and enjoy the banter without getting involved.
