Mile high club member here! However, it was in the cockpit and not the nasty bathroom!!!!
As a flight attendent I have caught people in the bathrooms getting it on several times.
Once, during some serious turbulence (I was holding on and being tossed around)
I unlocked the bathroom door, (after telling them several times) to tell them to go to their seats and buckle up. It was so funny because they were being tossed around so much by the turbulence they couldn't put their pants back on!!!! ;D
