I wouldn't be suprised at all to find out that the test results are already printed and waiting to be published.
I'm not in the industry, and even I can see why there is absolutely nothing to incent any spa mfg. to enter such a contest. It would only create negative press for the "losers". No contest, no negative press, no incentive. I suspect the results would be pretty boring anyway. For the legit test, anyways.

I can only hope I am lucky enough to be able to sell it to him.He can't even legally install his spa in the state of Colorado,I don't know how he plans to do a challenge with it,unless he takes it to Wyoming.
