As a foot lover, I pay close atention to women's shoes. I'm with you, I have no idea how they do it. My ex wore them all time and said that they are really uncomfortable but they're "in", so it's something she had to live with. It was good and bad for me as well. On one hand, her feet would become dry and irratated from being squeezed all day and that didn't make them look as good.  :( While on the other hand, her feet were always sore. So they were constantly needing a massage. :D

I massage my wife's feet on a regular basis.


Once every December - around her birthday.


Note: I said "regular basis," not "frequently."

WHY NOT, since you're single (I think) I suggest you find a ballroom/latin dancer to date.   They tend to be in great shape, have self confidence and are a lot of fun........and would CONSTANTLY appreciate a foot massage! I'm not kidding! On the other hand, most dancers I know dont have the prettiest feet........strong feet with nice arches, but hard working feet. Well- think about it.  ::)
