It looks like the water level has gone down far enough to just dump and refill.  I think some rum and coke might have been spilled.

If you look closey at Why Not's 2nd pic, you'll see there are two people in the tub.

maybe that was the wapotui (SP???) pit? Fill it with booze, hit the jets, instant mixer??
