"Xena: Warrior Princess", a spinoff of the "Hercules: The Legendary Journeys" TV show.

The women in the tub are Lucy Lawless (the brunette, who is currently on "Battlestar Galactica") who played Xena and Gabrielle (the blonde), played by Renée O'Connor, whom Xena rescues in the pilot episode and becomes her traveling "companion". There were frequent allusions to their relationship being more than just, shall we say, "platonic" on the show and this hot tub scene did little to change that! The show often went out of it's way to leave the question of the exact nature of their relationship as ambiguous as possible.

I guess it gets cold on those long lonely nights traveling the open road in search of adventure in ancient Greece...
