From where I grew up, Illinois, a Bobby Hull or Stan Makita hat trick was tops.

I don't ever remember anyone throwing octopi/octopus' on the ice either.

One other good thing about the game we went to in Raleigh....No Wave... a group tried to start one twice but it made it about 5 people and died a respectful death.

Knowing who the legends are has nothing to do with age. It has everything to do with being a fan of the fastest game on ice.
