Brewman:
Yeah, nothing quite like stepping from a warm house out into -30 air.  It hurts to inhale!
It wakes you up really quick though.  It's also interesting to sit on your frozen car seat and have it take a few seconds for the seat foam to warm up enough to where you sink down.

sledjunkie:
When I do anything active in the really cold weather (like walk my dog in the woods, or snowblow driveway) I wear one of these http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0029422950350a&type=product&cmCat=search&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&QueryText=balaclava&N=4887&Ntk=Products&Ntx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&Ntt=balaclava&noImage=0
It helps the cold air breathing problem...

I love winter..

grumpy:
I'm jealous sledjunkie >:(. I have not been sledding in a few years, my sleds were stolen a few years back and I never replaced them :'( The cops never did find out who needed them more than I did. Some day I will replace them, but for now I'll stay warm in my tub. :D
