I really enjoyed this article.  The author's enthusiasm is very apparent and infectious.  At one point he wrote something like "I have a machine shop, I can make ANYTHING!"  I love that spirit.

Having just done some of my own do it yourself projects, I totally appreciate where he's coming from.
