You've got it backwards. I'd say Don Quitote should be the one  who should be concered.   No posters here, that I know of have posted lies about him. Everything is documented. On the other hand,  Don Quitoute is the one who has slandered, lied and threatened others.

And fwiw,  Truth is the utlitmate defense in a liable and slander case.  I also have a littel piece of paper called "The U.S Constition that protects freedom of speech.  The article doesn't go into the details of the case, but I would not be surprised that this is overturned. Espically so since the defendant defaulted in the case.  As much as I despise the ACLU, this would be a text book case for them to pick up.
