Actually, if an owner of a company however small, (like Dingleberry Jim) makes false public statements about thier competitors financial security/postion, in a blatent effort to garner business, isn't that illegal?

We need to document and save that page.  I don't think HS would appreaciate a nutsack like jim libleing them.
