Sundance Bahia vs TigerRiver Caspian (round1)

I know the 2004 Bahia had rotating jets, but looking at the website it doesn’t look like they offer rotating jets in the 2005 Bahia.  I personally haven’t seen a 2005 Bahia.  I am sure you can get rotating jets if you wanted them in the Bahia.

The caspian can't hold a candle to the Bahia. The Bahia has more power, better filtration, very comfortable, huge footwell, all jets are adjustable, 24 hour circulation with cleaning cycles, 125 square foot filter.  
Customer rarely pick the Caspian over the Bahia at our store.

With the side by side pics I can see why the bahia is better.  The picture is nearly 25% bigger than the picture of the Caspian

For what it's worth, the Caspian has more jets and all jets can operate at full power at the same time, while still having full control of all the jets. (No Diverter) Plus it has a nice waterfall feature.  It is a little smaller, and only has two headrests compared to four on the Bahia.  The Tiger River is more like the sister line of the Hot Spring, same pumps, same insulation, same control board, heater is different, but warrantied the same as Hot Spring.  Same as Hot Spring, just not as many features.  More jets, waterfall, longer warranty; thats your cost difference right there.  Both are great spas and great companies.  Good Luck!

5 year Warranty (TigerRiver) vs 3 yr (Sundance)

I would ask your Sundance dealer about the warranty.  Our dealer was willing to upgrade our warranty to 5 years if we had chose the Bahia over the Optima.  Not sure how much the cost of that upgrade was but it was something they were offering...

We upgrade the Bahia for $200.00.  One of our servicemen just bought the 05 Bahia, Plat/coastal.  It looks and runs perfect. He bought it because we never service them.  The majority of service calls are for HS.  Believe it or not!
