I always have watched the local sports (or weather) people and thought "what a cake job all you have do is read a few stories off the teleprompter and give a few scores". Apparently it's not so easy for everyone though you think they'd thoroughly screen people for the job.

P.S.- If the video gets silent in spots relax, your sound card is just fine.

I think it's just middle america, small city TV (Indiana obviously). We may cringe but maybe he'll be the next Bob Costas someday.  ::)

I think the key is HAVING THE ABILITY to read...
Personally, I think the poor kid has dyslexia.
