Moto massager breaking

Hello,

My 2nd set of moto massage jets on my Hot Spring Envoy just broke. The heads popped off. When I use that seat, I close all other jets on that line and direct all water pressure to the moto massage jets. I also turn on the air.

Is that more power than they can handle?
