Kids today have it tough

Normally my neighbor's car is in the driveway at 7am so I can't see any of the street west of my house.  Today he wasn't there.   As I sat down and got relaxed in the corner seat at 104F,  I look across an empty driveway to see 8 kids standing in 25 degree weather with wind waiting on a school bus that is late again!  I almost felt bad.  Hopefully they will go to school and learn something thier parents haven't figured out yet - Driveway-cars - GOOD    Lawn-cars-BAD! or Trash Day Thursday means put trash out Wednesday night, and close the #$% lid.  

On the bright side, when I want peace, quiet, and privacy I just yell out INS!
