If this is uncool, I'm sorry in advance and please just ignore this, if you haven't already. I feel like I know you all, so I hope this isn't a big misstep. :)

I'm joining in a walk for M.S. I don't typically do these things, but a friend of mine has it, and I've become too aware of how terrible and common a disease it is.

My boss's wife and our company accountant both have MS and it's terrible to see their bodies breaking down year after year.  We donate every chance we get.

Glad to hear it. It's the donating part that counts (except I won't get pats on the back for my "money raised numbers". :).

I'm amazed (in a bad way) by how many people have it.  Even more frightening is that scientists are beginning to believe it's from a virus, thus - anyone can get it.

I'm just trying to do my little part.

My Mom didn't get it till her 40's which is pretty unusual.

Thanks for doing this.  My sister in law was diagnosed with MS about 5 years ago, and we do a lot of fundraising for them.  (And the Cystic Fibrosis foundation)
