Draining tub into yard?

I've googled the question, but I'd love some real world anecdotes.

I am getting a Hot Spring tub with the Freshwater salt system. When it comes time to drain the tub, can I drain it into the yard? I have zero way to drain it into a sewer. I could, I suppose, drain it into a retention pond, though I'd feel a little sheepish doing so. (I fully understand my yard drains into the retention pond, but it is less obvious and at least the ground will filter some of the chemicals.)

What do you folks do? Does it kill the grass?

I drain mine in my yard all the time and it doesn’t kill grass. Have the freshwater salt system on mine as well

Ditto as Hottubguy. I was worried about the same issue but have never had an issue. Winter, spring, summer, fall. Hasn't mattered. If anything my plants and grass have grown better.
