Arctic Spa Help!
« on: April 25, 2022, 02:07:23 pm »
Hi everyone! New to the site. This question will probably be specific to those that own a saltwater tub.

I inherited an Arctic Spa saltwater hot tub with my home purchase a few years ago. I did my annual water change a few days ago and I remembered to cap the probe (something I didn't do the first year and it cost me $$$$). I added new water and everything seems to be up and running fine. The salt level seems good.

The problem is the probe again. It is reading no chlorine. I added some Boost but it resulted in no changes on the app. I then did a manual test and the Chlorine is completely maxed out on the test strip.

I do not want to buy another probe! Lol. I ensured that it stayed wet through the whole process. Any suggestions? I did turn the hot tub on and off a few times but it is the same reading.

I have another question but I'll ask that in a separate post.

Thanks everyone!
