Does ozone "turbo mixer" work?
« on: October 14, 2021, 05:37:50 pm »
I just got my new tub two months ago (Caldera) and it included an ozonator (Del Ozone Spa), which I was excited about. It makes bubbles nicely and seemed to be working fine.

Recently, when I open the cover there is a strong smell momentarily (not sure if it's ozone though), and my lungs hurt slightly for a couple days after I soak. This makes me think that maybe the ozone isn't dissolving efficiently into the injected water.

I found this $20 part for sale called an ozone "turbo mixer", which is placed in between the injector and the ozone jet wall. Does anyone have any experience to know if this thing actually works?
