Running Hot tub off House boiler

I'm still trying to sort out how you are going to get the heat into the tub--a big heat exchanger or something? Pipe to serve as an underwater radiator?

Doesn't your boiler have 2 sides, one that heats and one that circulates? Do you use your boiler to feed hot water radiators in your house?
