Artisan Elite Pelican Bay (value for used)

I’m in the process of buying a hot tub for the first time. I have an opportunity to buy a used Artisan Elite Pelican Bay model.

Does anyone have an opinion on that particular model?

Also, what is a fair price for a used one, approximately 2 years old?
