Thing have changed quite a bit since 2 years ago.  A 2"x4" at Home Depot is 2-3x more expensive vs. pre-pandemic levels.  As Hottubguy mentioned, freight for parts that go in to the hot tubs, and freight for shipping the complete unit have gone up dramatically.  Labor costs at all of the factories have also gone up.  More price increases could be on the horizon so I think now is a good time to get one.
