Hot tub heater problem

Hi. I recently moved into a house that has an old indoor hot tub that hadn't been used for a number of years. We got some advice about flushing it and got it up and running.

However the heating element has recently died and I'm struggling to find a replacement. It looks like it is a "tee" style heater. It is a Spaform hot tub. Any advice or pointing in the right direction much appreciated.
