I have a Tiger River Caspian spa, and suddenly both pumps stopped working. When I push the jets button I can here the mother board clicking, but nothing happens. I swapped the mother board with my old one that is still good, and no change. Have tried loosening all connections to let air escape, and still doesn't come on. Any suggestions would be appreciated
