Oops- Defender instead of Calcium, need to drain again?

So I just drained, cleaned and refilled my tub yesterday.  Today I realized instead of adding the bottle of liquid calcium, I accidentally added a full bottle of "defender", the stain and scale preventer.  Think I need to drain and refill again?  Or maybe half drain and refill?  The water is a bit cloudy.
