R6L -unused cord/cable

Hey all,
At the expense of sounding dumb and calling my spa retailer I wanted to check here first.

The electrician finished late on Xmas eve setting up power for hot tub, new R6L. He mentioned that it looked like a cable was unplugged/unused in electrical panel. He said it could be for a different acccessory that my specific model/features don’t use. I asked if it appeared out of the blue for him, he said no.

Powered on briefly since it was empty then cut power. Before I fill today and turn power back on, would appreciate if this is indeed normal or something I should call retailed about and leave it empty.
