110V in Winter

I have a short term rental unit with an AquaRest 150 110V hot tub. :-\

It's been working out surprisingly well. But the board needs to be replaced.  So I'm ordering a new board (or control Pack) from SpaGuts.  But I need to replace the whole tub.

I need a tub that is small and only 110Volt.  Does the HP matter?  The one I have know is 2 HP ... but all the ones I'm looking at online at 1 or 1.5 HP.  I'm not 100% sure if that should be a factor in my decision making.

What should I look for to stay hot in Canadian winters?
