Larkspur, CA: looking for tech

My brother just bought a new home in Larkspur with a newish HotSprings tub and then immediately was in a terrible bike accident.  He is incapacitated and his wife doesn't have time to deal with cleaning out the tub (it's empty-ish) and setting it up for the first time.  They're first time tubbers and could use some coaching on water chemistry etc.  If you know of a good tech who could do this please let me know!  The people she's reached out to are unavailable for weeks.
