Leak or sweating

Hi guys,

Recently bought a used hot tub and just this week with cooling temps I noticed water around the base and looks like enough go create some streaks. Water levels are consistent, haven't had to top it off in weeks
Thoughts?

Is the cover not sitting flush, or is it too big?  Generally, hot tubs should sweat unless its condensation dripping from the cover.

Jtiessen:
The cover just sits on top, how would one tell if it's the rights size etc.
