Hot Spot Relay Jet covers Popping off

I used this spa 4 times this week and twice on two different  PRECISION jets the exterior plastic covers popped off. They don't look like they lock in very well and I'm wondering if any one else is having this issue.

d00nut:
They should be silicone in.  We've had a handful where they weren't, and a slight quarter turn to the left... boom, they pop out.  A dab of silicone would and should prevent that from happening.  Watkins paid us (Hot Spring) under warranty to fix that

Did they send you the silicone or did the dealer send someone, also who did you notify?

Call your dealer thru would handle that

It's not difficult.  However, dealer should do it
