Vanishing Act Calcium Remover

I added one of these to my Envoy after a drain and refill. Rinsed it first, dropped it on the return at the bottom of the tub and yellow urine looking water started emanating from it. Any idea what went wrong? I haven't run into this in the past.

That is a common trait for the Vanishing act, it will clear out in 24 hours. It is just the resin on the inside.
