Help! New spa, jets just turn off while using???

I have a new spa, new spa user too.  Tropic Seas (Artesian) Kona 7 seater.  Got it installed, filled and the next day went to use it.  After about 10 minutes, the jets just stopped.  I thought it was the breaker, but it wasn’t.  Started the jets again, but maybe 5-10 minutes later the jets just stopped again.

Does anyone know why this would occur?  I didn’t think there was a timer on the jets?  Can someone help me or advise me?  My retailer is closed til Tuesday.  Thanking you in advance...

They time out after a specified time period.  Take a measurement.  It's probably the same amount of time every time.  Check your owner's manual.
