Hot Spring Flash price

Hello.  I'm a first time hot tub buyer with very limited knowledge. I chose Hot Spring based on the dealer reviews locally.  I am paying $9995 + tax for the tub delivered, with the salt system, cover, cover lift, with 0% financing.  I still need to hire an electrition to install it.  Is that a good price for the flash?  Thanks for your help
