Can I make it look built in later?

Hi - I've been waiting to get a hot tub, thinking that I'd re-do the patio and make it look integrated, but that's quite a ways off. Is it possible to buy a hot tub now, and make it look integrated later on or am I going to regret doing it that way?

If it's sitting on the ground and can have decks built around it later it can be done easy. Don't use a vault if you can.
