2014 Envoy. Is it possible to swap this remote out for a conventional control panel? I have no interest in controlling the tub by remote and it's been nothing but trouble from day one. The last time they replaced the dock it was just glued into place with silicone and plugs right into the control panel, so I can easily do the swap myself if it's compatible with the controller.

I have had my Grandee now for four years, and I am on my second remote. The first one was replaced under warranty after it crapped out in 2 years. I am not looking forward to replacing another one out of pocket when it inevitably dies, but I'm sure it will be cheaper than retrofitting. When it works, it works fine for me. Once in awhile it reboots, but not a big deal. So far remote number two is, for the most part, bug free.
