Need help new owner of old hot tub

I recently bought a house which came with a Laguna bay economy spa. I'm trying to figure out how to remove the filter and also the siding so I can get to the drain.  I have read the manual but it's not helping. Any help would be appreciated
 I dont know the model because I cant get the siding off. I'd post a picture but I'm not sure how to do that on this forum.
