Pump not turning on automatically

I have an older Marquis spa. Everything works normally except that the pump won't turn on to cycle/heat automatically. If I start the pump by pushing the control panel button it will heat the tub up to temp and then shuts down but won't turn back on automatically. All jets work and have a new filter installed. Any ideas?

Is the tub in standby mode or economy mode?

It's 20 years old so I don't think it has that option but I'm honestly not sure. How can I check? Thanks.

Depending on model and year if you know both you can download the manual on Marquis website. If you don’t know post a picture of controller here

It is a Marquis Recreational Series- Quest model (1999).  The controller has 3 buttons. 1. On/Off (light); 2. Low/High Therapy (jets); 3. Temp/Filter.
